Your legal right to withdraw

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from the day you acquire possession of the last part.

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to: an email, a letter, a telephone call or a message through your account are all sufficient. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

This legal right applies in addition to, and is not limited by, anything else on this page.

How to request a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number — or, if you have an account, open the order in your dashboard and click "Request a Return".

2. We review your request within 2 working days.

3. We send you return shipping instructions.

Guest orders are returned the same way, by email — an account is not required.

Refunds

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost of the original order (except any supplementary cost arising from your choosing a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

We will make the reimbursement within 14 days of the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fee as a result.

Condition of returned goods

You may inspect and test a part as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Fitting a part to a vehicle, or damage caused during fitting, normally goes beyond this, and we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund. We will tell you the amount and the reason before we make any deduction. We will not refuse a withdrawal on these grounds.

Limits on the withdrawal right

The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — custom-ordered or specially fabricated parts.

Return shipping costs

If you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. There is no restocking fee.

If the part is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, we pay the return shipping cost.

Many parts we sell — bumpers, doors, bonnets, engines, gearboxes, seat sets — cannot be returned by ordinary post because of their size and weight, and the return cost for these is correspondingly higher and can exceed the original delivery charge. Contact us at [email protected] before returning a bulky part and we will give you a cost estimate for your destination in writing.

Customers in the United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have an equivalent right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. The procedure, the model form above, the refund terms and the return-cost terms on this page apply to you in the same way. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of goods that are not as described or not of satisfactory quality are unaffected.

Customers in Norway

If you are a consumer in Norway, you have an equivalent 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (*angrerettloven*), and rights in respect of defective goods under the Consumer Purchases Act (*forbrukerkjøpsloven*). The procedure and terms on this page apply to you in the same way.

Business customers

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Business purchases (including any order placed using a VAT number) are not covered by it. Faulty or misdescribed goods are handled under our Warranty Policy.
